Return & Exchange Policy
Can I request a return or exchange?
Yes, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Simply visit the ‘Returns & Exchanges’ link in the footer of our website and follow the instructions.
How will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned product to ensure it is unused and undamaged, we will issue refund within 3 days.
Are there any charges for returns?
A one side shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the "Refunded Amount"
Can I exchange my product for another size or a different item?
Yes! You can exchange your product for another item and pay any price difference online. Please note that Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is not available for exchange differences. If the exchanged item costs less, we will issue a store credit for the balance amount.
Can I exchange an out-of-stock product?
Yes, for select out-of-stock items, we accept pre-orders while restocking. These products may take longer to deliver, but you can still request an exchange.
Can I request a reverse pickup?
Yes, you can request a reverse pickup when initiating your return/exchange. A ₹200 fee applies and is non-refundable.
Can I self-ship my return?
Yes! You may choose to self-ship your return and share the tracking details with us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns. Please send your package to:

How should I pack my return?
Clearly mention ‘Return’ or ‘Exchange’, along with your name, address, phone number, email, and order ID on the parcel.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Only products that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with intact labels/tags will be accepted.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, upload pictures in the return/exchange form. We will inspect and process your request accordingly.
Shipping Policy
What are the shipping charges?
- Domestic orders (within India): Free shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders: 2-3 days from shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order from the ‘Track Order Status’ link in the website footer.
What if my order is delayed?

Order Cancellations
Can Vidalia cancel my order?
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Stock limitations
- Pricing errors or inaccuracies
- Fraud detection concerns
- Incomplete verification of details
If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Customers agree to accept Vidalia’s decision regarding cancellations.
Courier & Delivery
- Delivery time excludes payment verification and processing.
- Shipments are 100% insured and trackable.
- The recipient (or an authorized person) must sign for delivery.
- If no one is available, the courier will attempt redelivery up to two more times.
- Once shipped, we will send tracking details via email and WhatsApp.
